Kailee Sharp is the owner and CEO of Sharp Property Management, a Peterborough-based company proudly managing residential properties for over 14 years. A Trent University graduate, she's personally experienced the challenges tenants face, shaping her proactive and professional approach to property management. Before founding SPM, Kailee spent 15 years in corporate sales, leading diverse teams and honing her expertise in people-focused service. Today, she combines that experience with hands-on knowledge from managing her own investment portfolio alongside her husband. Outside of work, Kailee is a wife, mother, and horse lover — bringing the same dedication and care to her personal life as she does to her clients and tenants.

Myka has lived in Peterborough for most of her life and is deeply passionate about the community and all it has to offer. Prior to joining Sharp Property Management, she spent eight years in the corporate sector, where she developed strong leadership and management skills. She is committed to building respectful, professional relationships and ensuring every client and tenant experience is seamless and exceptional. Outside of work, Myka enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new cuisines, and traveling, bringing the same curiosity and dedication to her personal life as she does to managing properties.

Alex is a dedicated Maintenance Technician with over 15 years of renovation experience. Prior to joining Sharp Property Management, he ran his own renovation company and was the winner of Season 2 of Game of Homes alongside his mother. Recently, Alex and his family relocated from Mississauga to Peterborough and have been enjoying all that the area has to offer. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, gardening, board games, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his family. Alex brings his expertise and passion for quality work to every property he manages, ensuring exceptional maintenance and care for tenants and owners alike.
